We offer a type of therapy sometimes called ‘the talking cure’. It is based on the idea that the difficulties you might be experiencing are likely to be rooted in early life, a period in which we establish the patterns of relating and coping that we take into adult life.
Such connections between the past and present are complex and most of us are not fully aware of them.
The therapy provides a safe environment where you can start to think about your issues, understand how they may have come about, and consider how you may move forward in ways that are positive and helpful to you.
The aim is to arrive at more creative, positive, and less painful ways of living.
